FIBI is a personal travel and local-planning product at usefibi.com. This policy says what we collect, why, and what we will not do with it.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone outside FIBI. We do not sell your phone number, your board, your trips, or your location.
What we collect
Account details you give us, such as your name, email, and sign-in.
Home base, city, and location you choose to share so we can show the right places.
Trips, saved places, notes, and board items you create.
If you opt in to texts: your mobile number, the fact that you replied YES, and the messages you send us. We keep those so we can save the link to your board and so we know not to text you after you reply STOP.
Basic technical data the site needs to run, such as a session and error logs.
How we use it
We use this information to run your account, show local plans, save what you send us, and reply to your texts. We do not use your board to advertise someone else’s products, and we do not give your list of saves to other FIBI users.
Who else touches it
A few companies process data only so FIBI can function. That includes hosting and the database, sign-in, maps and place lookup, and the texting provider that sends and receives SMS. They are not allowed to sell your information. They are not "outside buyers." They are tools we use to operate FIBI.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to stop abuse of the product.
Texts
Texting is optional. You opt in by adding your number in the app and replying YES to the welcome message. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP or email hello@usefibi.com for help. Details are in the Terms.
How long we keep it
We keep account and board information while your account is open. If you opt out of texts, we keep the opt-out so we do not message you again. You can ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@usefibi.com.
