FIBI is a personal travel and local-planning product at usefibi.com. These terms cover the website, the app, and text messages from FIBI. By creating an account or texting us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use FIBI.
The product
FIBI helps you save places, plan time in a city, and keep a private board. Suggestions can be wrong. Hours, prices, and whether a place is open can change. You are responsible for what you book, eat, and do.
Your account
Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend an account that abuses the product, breaks the law, or interferes with other people.
Text messages
FIBI offers an optional text program. It is not required to use the app.
Program name: FIBI. You opt in by adding your mobile number in the FIBI app. We then send one message asking you to reply YES. Nothing is saved from texts until you reply YES.
After that, you can text FIBI a link. We reply to confirm it was saved to your private board. Message frequency varies. You get the welcome text, then a reply when you text us. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@usefibi.com. After STOP, we will not text you again unless you opt in again from the app.
Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share it with anyone outside FIBI so they can market to you.
Your content
Links, notes, and boards you save are yours. You give FIBI permission to store and show them back to you so the product works. Your board is private. We do not publish it for other people.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse FIBI, scrape it, break into it, or send us anything illegal. Do not text us on someone else’s behalf without their permission.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to anyone outside FIBI.
Changes and contact
